This theater was an okay theater. They had the newest films and all thst but there were multiple things that I disliked about it. As I was walking in the man at the counter gave me some sass when I got my popcorn. I walked into the theater and the floor was clean but sticky. I sat down and the seats had smelled terrible. It had the stench of 1000 butts. The sound quality was pretty okay. The sodas are very watered down and taste like the ice. And there is an okay bathroom with wheelchair acess.
HUGE difference in this place. Since the new ownership it has gotten. Much needed face lift. They get the new releases, prices are great, and one doesnt have to fight the large crowds. Every seat has a great view, unless the person in front of you is insanely tall. I strongly suggest trying this theater.
The help was friendly and knowledgeable. He made good reccomendations. Older cinema but the price and service were excellent.
Out of all the theaters I've been to in Ohio this is my favorite. Was gonna go to Boardman to see IT actually turned around do to time to watch it here it was way cheaper and still an awesome experience! The food and drinks were cheaper and I think better it's the way I remember going to the theater as a kid! It was crowded but not overwhelming, the staff was excellent. I felt like they wanted to be there and that always helps.
This place is a hidden gem in a small town. Thor Ragnarok, opening weekend with my three girls, a family-sized popcorn and four 16oz. drinks JUST over 30 bucks! I would've paid double (or more) anywhere else. Did I mention FREE REFILLS on the popcorn and drinks? Jeremy provided us with great customer service. He was very efficient in a friendly manor and repeatedly thanked us for giving their location a try. I enjoy spending money where I feel important in my dealings. The other people of Garrettsville approached us prior to entering the theater and were friendly as well. Inside was clean, nice sized screen and comfortable seating. Overall, great experience. The girls and I have declared it as our new movie spot.
